Majesco Throws Down Mad Loot
Oh how I wish we had a “God Please Buy Our Game!” news category, but until then check this contest that Majesco is dropping for Advent Rising, their new action-adventure game based on the same story by Orson Scott Card. You can win a million bucks if you buy the game (a stretch) and you sign up for a new live account with the game (whoops!) and if you unlock the easter egg they’ll drop on your box after said registration.

Up-and-coming publisher Majesco today announced that it will offer numerous prizes to the first 500,000 people who purchase its upcoming Xbox action adventure game, Advent Rising. The contest is entitled “Race to Save Humanity,” and the top prize is $1 million.
Wait, did I say “tell it like it is?” I meant to say “tell it like you’re sucking up.” Up-and-coming my ass. You can start playing the game and the system today, Xbox only.

I’m enjoying the game so far. A few hiccups here and there, my guess is due to rushing to get it out. Majesco seems to be the publisher that makes bitchen games no one ever plays. I don’t think half the reviewers even played the same game I’m playing. Gamespot says the targetting system is a pain when trying to grab medpack. If you find a med pack in the game I will give you one million dollars.
